The Pajaro Park Mural Project was a two-year collaborative public art project in partnership with the Monterey County Arts Council and the Pajaro Community, a largely farmworker community. This 300-foot mural for the new Pajaro Park (Pajaro, CA) was led by Artistic Director / Professor Johanna Poethig, and involved children in Pajaro schools working with alumni and students of the Visual and Public Art Department at CSUMB and artist Jose Ortiz.
